i was living in a house that was in a more rural area. the houses were scattered about on the little hills, which were somewhat overgrown. this house was sort of a rancher and had sliding glass doors to the backyard. there was a concrete area and then spotty grass to the weathered back fence. behind was a hill and how it was all fenced off wasn't obvious. the fence to my own yard was incomplete; it was open off to the left where the driveway was.
the weather there tended to be southern. lots of mugginess, overcast, somewhat warm, lots of green. anyhow. I was hanging clothes on the clothesline when I heard some sound. I looked up and up the hill in beterrn yards was a huge poodle. I called bohdan to go give the poodle waht-for. once bohdan saw the poodle he ran out the yard and up the hill. I was not too worried about a fight.
then another dog ran up the hill from the street, and the owner ran after. now, I was worried. I called bohdan off but he wouldn't come. I was afraid he would bite this other person. I came and pulled him off, sent him back in the house. said I was sorry, and went into the house myself.
MORE...it was night, and I drove to the store. I got there, and has to get something out of the car; 3 out of the 4 cashier stands were open, and I didn't trust the people in line not to steal my wallet, which was one of those big fat clutch things some women have. I put it in a basket as far from a location where someone could grab it as possible, and went and got whatever it was I needed out of the car.
I came back and needed to wait in the entrance way (this store had double-sliding glass doors) until one of the cahiers was freed. I waited, and they all finished at once. I came in to get my things to buy, and the lights were then shut out as the store was closing. I shouted "hey!" but to no avail. I came back to the entrance and thought I had been locked in til I saw the door on the right was propped halfway open (the sliding glass wa sno longer powered).
I turned around but they were already in the back of the store counting out I guess, so I left, frustrated.
i woke up this morning with the dream memories from last night and the night before intermingled. I sorted them out, and then the events of the morning drove it all out of my head.
bah.
