and had this dream...

there was all this intrigue and planning going on...I was involved
in some plot engineered by Doug to take over the world. I don't
remember it very well, but we were all in disguise. (I would remember
it better if I hadn't fallen asleep *again* after awakening from
this dream). but it turned out, that in "reality" (i.e., in my dream)
that the intrigues and plotting were all a movie I was dreaming about.
And it was this totally popular movie, that all the geeks had gone
to see.

For some reason heather had been out of town, and had only returned the
previous day. I told her about the movie, and said she *had* to see it.
she had never heard of it (it was released while she was gone), but decided
she needed a day to recover from her travels before she saw it, and not
to tell her what the plot was. So I went outside to wash my car, hm,
i guess this means it was about noon in the summer time, and we were living
in some house with a back driveway, which was where I was washing the car...
and Doug and Lore, who were roomates, drove up in Doug's car, which was
a much brighter yellow than I remember. I thought to myself how funny it
was to see two such big guys in Doug's little VW. and Lore rolled down
the window and said "Hey! we're going to the movie! you should come!"
and I demurred, but Doug insisted that we should be there, and they drove off.
Oh yah, Doug had seen the movie 7 times in the last two days.

so I went in and told this to heather, who decided that if the movie was that
popular, then she ought to see it now, or else she wouldn't be able to get
online without having the plot spoiled. and so we went, and Joel and Cassi
and Qarin and Matthew and a whole bunch of other geex were there.

and then the phone rang and woke me up, or else I am certain I would have
returned to the beginning of the dream.
