I dreamt that I was living in this other place, and that one of the
little rats got pregnant and had lots and lots of little ratbabies
in the ashtray of my pickup, which for some reason was stuck in the
top floppy drive bay of my old 286.

and I had to go and get this poster of _The Piano_, which was starring
Uma Thurmann (?-sp), but it was an old 20's flick. and I got a poster
and a postcard of it, autographed by her in purple calligrapher's pen,
for my friend Eugene. The whole time, I had to carry the ashtray with
the babies in it, and try not to let any of them fall out, while not
being able to touch them.

I need to get rid of the extra rats.

oh, and Uma was a 20's silent movie star, dressed in the style of the
times and everything. I felt very out of place.
